It’s Garden of the Year time – Rock Spring Garden Club’s beautification program that recognizes homeowner gardens in Arlington County.  If you would like to enter your garden, a neighbor’s garden or a garden you’ve long admired in your travels around our lovely neighborhoods, please do.   Don’t delay!  Applications are due no later than April 30, 2014.  Any questions, just email us at [email protected] .  This year, you may email your entry form OR print, complete and mail.
